Fresh as a Daisy
Using Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge #111 for inspiration, I combined frilly daisies and crisp houndstooth for this card.
I used the small houndstooth stamp from Waltzinmouse Stamps Heirloom Patterns for the background and Victorian Frippery for the sentiment. The daisies were made with PTI's Bloom Builders #3 die.
Check out the the WMSC blog for the wonderful cards by the design team and other players.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!

What a cute and cheerful card. The hounds tooth and daisies is such a great combination. Your pops of turquoise and yellow/orange is such a great compliment to the black and white. It's so cute the way you pinned your tag to the bow. Love this.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful card. The daisies give the cars a 'country' look. I like your colour combinations
ReplyDeleteLove the long card Cammie. The black and crisp white is gorgeous.

ReplyDeleteThat houndstooth background in black and white is so elegant (reminds me of shopping in David Jones) and those daisies are so perfectly aligned, and they look wonderful mounted on the turquoise base
ReplyDeleteThis is great!! I love the flowers on this striking background... Well done!!
ReplyDeleteEEK, love that triple set of daisies! So cheery with the houndstooth and the sunshine-y ribbon, Cammie!
