Pecan-Peach Cobbler, Flourishes' What's Cooking Challenge

Flourishes' sneak peeks have begun, and they are indeed "berry sweet"!   Be sure to check them out here.To celebrate the July release, they are sponsoring "The What's Cooking Challenge" with a challenge of sharing a recipe in  a stamped creation with chance to win all three stamps in the Flourishes' July release.
Currently I own Flourishes'  fantastic Cherries and Peaches set and Strawberries set, so I went with a fruity recipe. Peaches are in now here in Tennessee, and I remembered a recipe in the June issue of Southern Living magazine.

For the front of the card with the list of ingredients, I added the peach imaged, stamped in Rich Cocoa Memento ink and colored with Prismacolor pencils. I added a scalloped gingham and rickrack border.
I kept the card flat (no fancy embellishments) so that it would fit in my recipe notebook.
For the back of the card with the steps, the image is stamped in Summer Sunrise.

I'll leave you with a photo of this cobbler from the magazine. Trust me, when I make this cobbler, it will not look like this.

Yummmm!

Supplies:
Stamps: Cherries and Peaches(Flourishes)
Ink: Summer Sunrise(PTI), Rich Cocoa (Memento)
Paper: Stamper's Select White, Summer Sunrise (PTI); gingham (Paper Studio)
Other: Prismacolor pencils, oval and scalloped oval Nestabilities, scalloped border punch(Fiskars) rickrack die (PTI)

  4. This is too funny, I have to tell you I made peach cobbler last night, but I chose a crockpot recipe. Did not turn out well, I wouldn't recommend it, yours looks great though and the card, so prettily decorated.
