EHWCMD5

One of the six  fun WCMD challenges posted on Ellen Hutson's  the Classroom is a Holiday Challenge, hosted by Lisa Strahl.

Check out that border punch. It's one those crafty items that for some reason just spoke to me the first time I saw it months ago, and no matter how many times I told myself I didn't need it, I always came back to it. You know, one of those items you  constantly look for at the local stores or keep putting in your on-line shopping cart. Even as I was placing my recent order with  Ellen Hutson, I took it out and then put it back in. I am glad I finally succumbed; I think it is a great complement to PTI's twig wreath on this card. I know I will be using it more. So get ready to see it frequently. :)

What craft item did you like immediately but waited awhile before purchasing?

Supplies:
Stamps: Wreath for All Seasons, Signature Christmas (PTI)
Ink: Memento Rich Cocoa (Tsukineko), Pure Poppy (PTI)
Paper: Rustic Cream, Kraft (PTI); The Merry Days of Christmas "Santa's Forest" (My Mind's Eye)
Other: Mat Stack 4 die, Woodgrain Impression Plate, Rustic Twine, Vintage Pure Poppy button(PTI); Woodland Branch border punch (Martha Stewart), rick rack trim

  1. Great job. That border punch goes great with the wreath. I didn't think I needed the wreath set when it first came out but now I want it and it is sold out! The Cricut is something that I waited awhile to get but love it now that I have it!

  2. Cammie I love this card. I agree with you that the border punch is perfect with the wreath. I love the patterned paper you used with this card. Great job.
