I cut the bottom layers of the banner with the Silhouette Cameo and stamped with one my favorite script stamps. Then I added a doily die; for the top layer-the Crafty Secrets Spring Banner- I scaled the size down a little, printed, and then cut by hand. Embellishments include leafy flourish die cuts and violets that I made using dies and Copics.
I'm linking up to the Crafty Secrets April Linky Party. Be sure to check out the beautiful and inspiring projects by the design team.
