That pesky groundhog's prediction of six more weeks of winter certainly seems to be holding true, while everyone is longing for some sun and mother nature wearing something besides gray and white. At least we can create some spring with our stamps, inks, and paper.
Nichole Heady challenged the PTI design team to use their favorite spring colors, and what great combinations they used. I chose Michelle Wooderson's color combination and used 2S4Y 47.
