A Little Christmas Joy

Happy Friday! Here's another card using PTI's Stocking Prints Stamp and other PTI products.

The stocking was stamped in Sweet Blush on Spring Moss Bitty Dot Basics paper and cut out. The cuffs were paper pieced in Sweet Blush. I used Ambassador Monogram Edition to stamp JOY. After punching each letter, I straight stitched each letter. After stamping Aqua Mist with Polka Dot Basics 1 in Versamark, I drew a wavy line and punched it. I erased the pencil marks, stitched this line, and added Sweet Blush Vintage Buttons. The stockings were attached with foam tape. The aqua panel was attached to a card base of Spring Moss.
The anticipation builds each day with the sneak peeks on Nichole's blog. I like the font for the Wish Big peek. I even drove right by Hobby Lobby yesterday (with my 40% off coupon in my purse), knowing the 15th is just around the corner and my PTI shopping cart will be loaded for checkout then. Will my resolve hold today when I will be near my favorite LSS?
Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend.

  1. Just beautiful, Cammie! This looks like a sweet set--I'll have to check it out!

  2. You've been doing such great things with the stocking set (SO wish I had that set!) I really love the button detail on this one, and the stitching, and the colors you used! Just precious!

  3. You're really working this set to it's potential! LOVE the idea to stitch your letters - gives it a lovely homely feel!
I know exactly what you mean about PTI! I'm off to a craft show tomorrow but won't take much to spend as I know come the 15th I'll need some pennies for PTI LOL!

  4. This is great. I got Spring Blush buttons in mt last set and I was wondering how others were using those realy tiny ones. Thanks for the inspiration.

  5. BEAUTIFUL Cammie! (I HAD to order this set yesterday I couldnt take all the GREAT ideas shared and not having one of my own! HA!) and I am so LOOKING forward to PTIs peeks starting tomorrow.. oh my.. my list grows daily! Good job on driving by Hobby Lobby.. that is some WILL POWER! :)
