Birthday Wishes

Hey peeps and bleeps! It's another triple H day--hot, hazy, humid!  A day to stay cool inside and do some cleaning, some reading, some crafting; well, maybe two of those three :)
The lastest challenge on the Cards blog is to use pinwheels on your cards. I wish there was a breeze here to move a pinwheel. Anyway....
I chose to make a fun little pinwheel flower.

Fly a Kite papers from October Afternoon are perfect for this fun card.  The stem and leaves or (body and arms-I just had to personalize this little flower) are made with PTI's rickrack die.   Notice how one leaf (arm) points to the sentiment from Mega Mixed Messages.
Happy papers, happy pinwheel flower, happy card, happy me.

Thanks for stopping by and have a happy day!

Supplies:
Stamps: Mega Mixed Messages (PTI)
Ink: Ripe Avocado(PTI)
Paper: Ripe Avocado, Summer Sunrise(PTI); Fly a Kite (October Afternoon)
Other: rickrack die, Aqua Mist Vintage Buttons (PTI), Tags Trio die(Spellbinders)
